Salads

Monday to Saturday, we have a selection of fresh salads available. Our specials change daily, and always include two or three delicious dishes combining ingredients such as pear, blue cheese & walnut; toasted bread, tomatoes, wild garlic & capers; or tabula, cauliflower, pomegranate & mint.


Why not have a salad with the frittata of the day, some of our sandwiches, or on the side of one of our freshly baked sausage rolls?

Sandwiches

Our white scottish rolls are freshly assembled each day. From Monday to Saturday, we always prepare egg mayo; a fish option such as prawn or salmon & cream cheese; and a meat option such as chicken tikka or pastrami. Many more filling variations are available throughout the week, please see our counter or ask our friendly staff for details.

Our Drinks

BEST COFFEE IN TOWN

Our coffee is crafted with Carvetti, an independent Coffee Roaster and Tea specialist based in Cumbria. We use Solitude Espresso, a short roast of twelve minutes, producing a sweeter espresso with notes of black cherry, aniseed, and chocolate.


Carvetti coffee beans are available to buy at the counter, along with other retail items such as chilli jam, tomato sauce, and brown sauce.
